Retribution. Trump was very unhappy with Amazon when they mentioned tariffs, and he can be extremely petty.

They are quite supportive of big government, just the parts they like.

It's a small government in the way that a dictatorship is a small government.
As for what they can do, tariff issues and exemptions come to mind. Removing tax benefit deals, any possibility of government deals, demands of a boycott of Apple towards his base. Lots of things just off the top of my head.
