If DS sales are going up, it sounds like Nintendo may be doing similar?

When was the DS generation last manufactured?

I feel like it's been a long time since even the 3DS generation had anything made.

No one cares Sony. It wasn't relevant during the "console wars". It's even less relevant now.

PS2 being a DVD player helped it sell. (Score:2)

I ended up with one in trade back in 2005. I was actually impressed and wished I had bought one when they first came out. Granted, I never played the most famous titles on the system. But a PS2 and a Netflix DVD subscription was a killer combo for my then-wife and I. Plus, "Kya: Dark Lineage" was an underrated game I wish had been more popular than it was. I'm still a Kya fan today because I loved the fact she wasn't the usual "damsel in distress" female character. She could kick enemies square in the nuts.
