Les bombardements russes sur Kiev, en pleine visite du secrétaire général des Nations unies Antonio Guterres, visaient à “humilier l’ONU”, a estimé jeudi le président ukrainien Volodymyr Zelensky.

“Cela en dit long sur la véritable attitude de la Russie envers les institutions internationales, sur les efforts des dirigeants russes pour humilier l’ONU et tout ce que l’organisation représente”, a déclaré M. Zelensky dans une vidéo postée sur sa chaîne Telegram.
