OpenZFS 2.4.4 Released With Linux 7.2 Support, Dozens Of Fixes

OpenZFS 2.4.4 is out today as the newest stable point release for this ZFS file-system implementation for Linux and FreeBSD systems.
Most significant with the OpenZFS 2.4.4 release is now having support in place for the recent [1]Linux 7.2 stable kernel release. All the necessary changes are now in place for the out-of-tree OpenZFS file-system to jive nicely with the upstream Linux 7.2 kernel state. Compatibility back through Linux 4.18 is maintained and then of course the FreeBSD 13.3+ support too.
OpenZFS 2.4.4 also brings dozens of bug fixes including updated test cases, various security policy improvements, making systemd-udev-settle optional for the import units, various other Linux kernel compatibility fixes, and a wide variety of other fixes.
Downloads and more details on the OpenZFS 2.4.4 release via [2]GitHub . In addition to OpenZFS 2.4.4, [3]OpenZFS 2.3.9 and [4]OpenZFS 2.2.11 were released today as well with various bug fixes back-ported to those prior two stable branches.
