KDE Gear 26.08 was released today to deliver the latest collection of KDE application updates.

Today's KDE Gear 26.08 app collection update delivers a variety of enhancements to these applications complementing the Plasma 6 desktop. Some of the KDE Gear 26.08 highlights include:

- The Dolphin file manager has improved its integration with KDE Connect along with various usability improvements.

- The Konsole terminal emulator brings drag-and-drop improvements and other improvements.

- The Okular document viewer for KDE now has improved support for signing of documents.

- The Kdenlive video editor delivers on video effects improvements and other enhancements.
