- Support for the MIPS P8700 CPU.
- The CPU model for Intel Xeon Diamond Rapids is added.
- A new "nitro" accelerator can be used with the new nitro machine for supporting AWS Nitro Enclaves natively under QEMU.
- QEMU 11.0 on KVM now supports Control-flow Enforcement Technology (CET) virtualization.
- AMD SEV-SNP and Intel TDX machines with KVM can now be reset on QEMU 11.0.
