Fwupd 2.0.11 Brings Support For The Lenovo Thunderbolt 5 Smart Dock

([LVFS] 3 Hours Ago Fwupd 2.0.11)

Fwupd 2.0.11 is now available as the latest update to this open-source firmware updating tool for Linux systems.

Fwupd 2.0.11 brings a number of bug fixes, a new check-reboot-needed command that scripts can rely on, and reading the SELinux state for the report failure metadata. There are more than a dozen bug fixes across the board for this utility.

The only new hardware support in Fwupd 2.0.11 is enabling the Lenovo Thunderbolt 5 Smart Dock as the newest workstation/laptop dock from Lenovo for Thunderbolt-enabled systems. It's great seeing all of the Lenovo device support continue in a punctual manner for Fwupd/LVFS.

Lassie looked brilliant, in part because the farm family she
lived with was made up of idiots. Remember? One of them was always
getting pinned under the tractor, and Lassie was always rushing back to
the farmhouse to alert the other ones. She'd whimper and tug at their
sleeves, and they'd always waste precious minutes saying things: "Do
you think something's wrong? Do you think she wants us to follow her?
What is it, girl?", etc., as if this had never happened before, instead
of every week. What with all the time these people spent pinned under
the tractor, I don't see how they managed to grow any crops whatsoever.
They probably got by on federal crop supports, which Lassie filed the
applications for.
