OpenRazer 3.9 Adds Support For Many Newer Razer Devices On Linux

OpenRazer 3.9 is out today as the newest version of this community project providing open-source driver support for Razer peripherals on Linux. This out-of-tree set of Linux kernel drivers allows for various Razer devices to be configured and fully leveraged under Linux.

With OpenRazer 3.9 there are a number of bug fixes throughout but the main exciting aspect of the new version is enabling a number of newer Razer products with these open-source Linux drivers. Newly-enabled devices with OpenRazer 3.9 include:

- Razer Blade 14 (2023)

- DeathAdder V3 Pro (00c2/00c3)

- Razer Ornata V3 Tenkeyless

- Razer Viper V3 Pro (Wired and Wireless)

- Razer BlackWidow V4 X

- Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro (Wireless)

- Razer Naga Epic

- Razer Blade 14 (2024)

- Razer Goliathus Chroma 3XL

- Razer BlackWidow V4 75%

- Razer Ornata V3 [028F]

- Razer Naga (1532:0015)

The OpenRazer drivers paired with the likes of the [1]Polychromatic UI make for a nice Razer device experience on Linux.
