Microsoft, Nvidia and OpenAI-rival Anthropic announced strategic partnerships today that will scale Claude on Microsoft Azure and [1]bring up to $15 billion in new investment to the AI startup . Anthropic committed to purchase $30 billion of Azure compute capacity and contract additional capacity up to one gigawatt. Nvidia and Microsoft -- the largest investor in OpenAI -- committed to invest up to $10 billion and up to $5 billion respectively in Anthropic.

Company committing computing resources to another company in return for them committing money they won't have for those computing resources that they will never use.
Like six fingers in generated images, this is another dumb mistake that AI keeps making that normal people never would.
