Anthropic is projecting its annualized revenue run rate to [1]soar from roughly $7 billion today to as much as $26 billion in 2026 , driven by rapid enterprise adoption of its Claude AI models. Reuters reports:
> Anthropic debuted a new version of its cheapest AI model, Haiku, on Wednesday, as part of a broader effort to appeal to companies that are looking for capable AI systems that are dramatically cheaper than its more advanced models. 300,000 business customers is a hell of a lot. I can't imagine a lot of small customers bothering with this nonsense but maybe. I'm left wondering how many of those are scam artists like the people selling high quality leather boots on YouTube. But there's plenty of companies replacing hundreds or thousands of customer service reps with AI chatbots.
