An impossible conundrum for businesses, being told to both invest more in China and also to stop making stuff in China.
China is about 1/6 of the world population, so you can't really ignore them, either.

And now the countdown begins before the public meltdown, er, I mean measured and controlled response from our current President. I'm sure it will be reasonable and not contain the word "loser" or any other derogatory terms.

On the other hand apple is a trillion dollar company so they've got enough money that they can probably tell the orange one to go fuck themselves.
As for China I wouldn't trust him with a 10-ft pole though. You very much want to get your money up front when it comes to China because they are always looking to replace you. It's a very different kind of empire building than what America does
