I think you might be talking about the [1]Report of the Special Rapporteur [un.org] from the UN that came out this week, which (and I quote) "investigates the corporate machinery sustaining Israel’s settler-colonial project of displacement and replacement of the Palestinians in the occupied territory."? Microsoft is definitely listed, but I don't know where you draw the connection between this report, a missile landing in a parking lot, and MS exiting Pakistan. Seems like a pretty tenuous connection to me.

Just a couple days ago, Microsoft announced it's laying off another 6000 people this year. The company is obviously retrenching and trimming off units that aren't sufficiently profitable - it's probably as simple as that.

About ten years ago they made a hasty exit from Russia, despite having just invested millions in new offices in Russia, because Putin invaded and annexed Crimea.
So I wonder if the Pakistan exit stems from recent events over there, particularly in Jammu and Kashmir.
