"Americans are tired of getting signed up for unwanted subscriptions that seem impossible to cancel," FTC Chair Andrew Ferguson said in announcing the action. The $9.99 monthly service, launched in 2021, offers benefits including fee-free delivery and discounted rides.

Somebody needs to buy a lot of $Trump coin to drop charges or with some more money they can botch the case so bad it makes state lawsuits perform worse. Then intentionally lose that argument... knowing how religious bigotry has been winning in recent times.

Err... there are currently zero democrats and three republicans serving as FTC commissioners. Darth Cheeto (probably unlawfully) fired the two serving democrats last month. If you Read The Fine Article, you will see that "The Commission vote authorizing the staff to file the complaint was 2-0-1 with Commissioner Mark R. Meador recused."
So, regardless of how Darth Cheeto is running the bureaucracy, the statement that "three democrats is the only reason this is happening" appears to be incorrect.
