Les députés polonais suppriment le controversé système disciplinaire pour les juges

Le parlement polonais a supprimé jeudi le très controversé système disciplinaire pour les juges, l’un des points de contentieux avec l’Union européenne qui a critiqué des réformes qui selon elle entravent l’indépendance de la justice.

La suppression de ce système disciplinaire est l’une des conditions posées par Bruxelles pour verser à Varsovie des fonds du plan de relance européen d’un montant d’environ 35 milliards d’euros.


"Reintegration complete," ZORAC advised. "We're back in the
universe again..." An unusually long pause followed, "...but I don't
know which part. We seem to have changed our position in space." A
spherical display in the middle of the floor illuminated to show the
starfield surrounding the ship.
"Several large, artificial constructions are approaching us,"
