“Que fait-il?”: un cycliste filmé après avoir traversé la E40 en plein jour

Un drôle d’incident s’est produit sur la E40 en direction de la côte le week-end dernier. La dashcam d’une voiture a filmé une personne à vélo le long de la route, à hauteur de Gand, vers 6 heures du matin. Il semblerait qu’elle venait de traverser la E40. Avertie, la police examine les images.
