• Le président américain Joe Biden a déclaré que la Russie “doit payer un prix à long terme” pour sa “barbarie en Ukraine” en termes de sanctions imposées par les États-Unis et leurs alliés.

• Le négociateur russe Vladimir Medinsky a affirmé que la Russie était prête à reprendre des pourparlers de paix avec l’Ukraine, assurant que leur suspension était due à Kiev.
