Drogué et en retrait de permis, il percute la façade d’une école en tentant d’échapper à la police

Un automobiliste qui tentait d'échapper à une patrouille de police a percuté la façade d'une école de Schaerbeek dimanche. L'homme a tenté de prendre la fuite à pied, mais a été appréhendé, a indiqué la zone de police Bruxelles-Nord (Schaerbeek/Evere/Saint-Josse-ten-Noode).

Une patrouille de police a repéré un véhicule qui roulait à vive allure vers 15h00 dans le quartier Navez. Les agents ont voulu contrôler le conducteur, mais celui-ci a pris la fuite à bord de son véhicule.

Une course-poursuite s'est alors engagée avant que la voiture suspecte ne percute un autre véhicule, puis la façade d'une école de la rue Verwée. La façade n'a pas été endommagée.

Véhicule de location



L'individu a tenté de s'échapper à pied, mais les agents l'ont rattrapé. L'homme semblait sous l'emprise de la drogue et conduisait alors qu'il avait fait l'objet d'un retrait de permis.

L'homme circulait à bord d'un véhicule en location. Il a été emmené à l'hôpital pour recevoir des soins et sera ensuite entendu au commissariat.
