Poutine “ne pense pas qu’il peut se permettre de perdre” en Ukraine

Le président russe Vladimir Poutine pense qu’il ne peut pas se permettre de perdre en Ukraine et est déterminé à poursuivre la guerre, a déclaré le directeur de la CIA Bill Burns samedi.

“Je pense qu’il est dans un état d’esprit tel qu’il ne pense pas pouvoir se permettre de perdre”, a-t-il déclaré, ajoutant que le maître du Kremlin est “convaincu que redoubler d’efforts lui permettra de progresser”.
