Vendredi dernier, une course-poursuite dangereuse a pris fin à Phoenix, en Arizona, lorsque la police a utilisé un “grappler”. Ce dispositif d’interception conçu pour aider les policiers lors des courses-poursuites, neutralise le véhicule des fuyards en bloquant le train arrière.
