Le petit restaurant étoilé ixellois déménage au pied du prestigieux hôtel Steigenberger Wiltcher’s (ex-Conrad) pour de nouvelles aventures culinaires.

Ce 19 avril dernier, [1]la Canne en ville* et son chef Kevin Lejeune ont définitivement quitté le quartier du Châtelain pour s'installer sur l’avenue Louise. Un nouveau projet et un défi ambitieux pour l’équipe. Le nombre de couverts va en effet doubler pour accueillir désormais jusqu’à 45 personnes, tout comme la taille de la salle, bien plus spacieuse.

Le cadre, épuré, sobre et raffiné, a également été profondément repensé par l’architecte d’intérieur Christophe Ternest et le décorateur Denis Baudoux pour définir une ambiance plus minimaliste et plus feutrée que [4]l’ancienne boucherie de la rue de la Réforme où le “Jeune chef de l’année” 2021 du Gault & Millau était établi avec succès depuis 2018.
