La louve Noëlla est à nouveau en gestation, a confirmé à Belga l'Institut de recherche sur la nature et la forêt (Het Instituut voor Natuur- en Bosonderzoek - INBO) à la suite d'une information du quotidien Het Belang van Limburg.

Sur la base d'images récentes, l'INBO a pu établir que la louve Noëlla est à nouveau gestante. "Cela a été constaté sur la base des enregistrements de caméras", a précisé le porte-parole Koen Van Muylem.

Les nouveaux louveteaux sont attendus pour la fin du mois d'avril, voire début mai.

Il y a actuellement cinq loups dans le Limbourg : Noëlla, August et trois louveteaux, a confirmé l'INBO.
