InputPlumber 0.78 Released With Expanded Hardware Support

InputPlumber is out with its newest feature release. As a reminder, InputPlumber is the open-source input router and remapper daemon for combining various input devices from gamepads to mice and keyboards as well as the ability to emulate them.

InputPlumber is particularly popular with Linux gamers and those using handheld gaming devices with a variety of inputs.

With InputPlumber 0.78 out today there is expanded hardware support including for the Ayaneo Pocket S2 and MSI Claw 8 EX AI+. There is also now a complete Xbox Ally button map, full support for the 8bitdo Ultimate 2, adding some missing AYANEO device elements, and updating the OXP Apex configuration.

The new InputPlumber also has updates for fixing Rust build errors with newer versions of Rust, adding hidraw uaccess rules, DualSense updates, and other alterations.
