Wayland Protocols 1.42 Updates Cursor Shape & Tablet Protocols

With the [1]FreeDesktop.org GitLab infrastructure getting back up , Wayland Protocols 1.42 was released today as the newest version of this official set of protocols for Wayland compositors.

Wayland Protocols 1.42 updates the cursor shape protocol with new cursor shapes. There are new cursor-shape additions for "ask" and "all-resize" cursors. These missing shapes were from [2]this 11 month old merge request to address some missing aspects and drag-and-drop support.

Wayland Protocols 1.42 also adds support for relative dials to the tablet protocol. There is also a new bustype event to the initial burst of tablet events.

On the Wayland Protocols governance side, Google's Chromium open-source web browser project is now added as a member project.
